Easy process for outlook account configuration and opening trouble shooting

Step 1: Open outlook from start menu à MS Outlook start à Outlook 2007 Startup Then Next Button.

Step 2: Select yes for create new account for your domain (example: your name@yourdomain.com)

Step 3: Select in check box from under site of the setup box (Manually configure server settings or additional server type) and then click Next Button.

Step 4: Select Internet E-Mail and then click Next Button.

Step 5: Enter your domain email information and then check the settings will ok or not. Normally after inputting the information the test will be success or completed.

But sometimes it shows failed for sending test. This problem generated according to ISP service provider server setup. So, my according to my advice follow the following steps.

Step 6: Click More Settings and then go Outgoing Server tab Button and then select the check box “My outgoing server (SMTP) required authentication”.

Step 7: Other solution is Under the More Setting Button (Internet Email Settings) select advance tab and then select Outgoing server (SMTP) port 26 or from the “use the following type of encrypted connection” use 465 for SSL.KRDC -IT-OUTLOOK-ACCOUNT-7

Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)

Username:

Masum@krdigitalconcept.com

Password:

Use the email account’s password.

Incoming Server:

Mail. gffl-move.com.com

  • IMAP Port: 993
  • POP3 Port: 995

Outgoing Server:

Mail. krdigitalconcept.com

  • SMTP Port: 465

Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

Most probably you will get the success otherwise you should communicate with your ISP for this issue. Thank you all and best of luck.
